How do I cancel or edit an order?
Orders can only be canceled or edited within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we won't be able to make any changes.
However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:
- Contact our customer service via email or Live Chat.
- Have your order number ready when contacting us.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement, as orders may already be in process.
Please note: Orders containing personalized items cannot be canceled or edited once payment has been completed, as production begins immediately.
